Guest Relations Assistant/Housekeeping Manager
A prestigious 5 star resort consisting of 40 + Highly appointed properties is looking to recruit a Guest Relations Assistant and Operations Assistant (Housekeeping) role to help with day to day management and to assist the growth of The Resort by helping to maintain and develop the business.
The key elements of the role are to take, record and respond to bookings and develop processes to improve and streamline the process.
To assist management of onsite activities to improve guest experiences
To help manage the onsite and offsite guest services and develop processes to improve the customer satisfaction.
To aid the buying of materials essential to keeping Resorts 5 star standard and continued high customer satisfaction.
To support the Guest Services Manager in putting improvements in place and coming up with ideas.
To help manage, update and use letting agents to their full capabilities.
To help manage the relationship with Suppliers; including Cleaners.
To manage the up keep of the cleanliness of the Resorts properties and facilities.
To manage the housekeeping.
The successful candidate will help coordinate all aspects of guest services with the objective of increasing occupancy and improving guest experiences. This will include running onsite events and helping implement processes throughout the site.
You will help manage the website ensuring it is up to date at all times and introducing new ideas wherever possible.
Responsible for all bookings and guest services overtime.
Hours of work will be flexible as required.
Required Personal skills and qualifications:
A degree or higher level qualification is essential and the jobholder must hold a current driving license.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Full clean driving license
Experience of partaking in a successful project from start to finish would be advantageous
Demonstrable experience of working on own initiative
