We are a luxury online homewares company based in Truro and are looking for an experienced, professional customer service advisor to join our growing team.
Looking after customers by telephone and email is the main part of the role and experience in administration and sales in a busy environment will be an asset. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, typing and good telephone answering skills are essential.
If you are a proactive person with a strong customer service focus, take pride and ownership in your contribution, with excellent attention to detail, this could be your next long term role.
