HEAD CHEF - Excellent opportunity

I am currently working with a great client who owns a mordern, stylish luxuary hotel on the Roseland Peninsular. Our client has just announced they are looking for a new head chef to join thier establishment. The hotel has a stunning fine dining restaurant that promotes fresh local produce cooked to an exceptionally high standard. They are looking for a talented and aspiring head chef who can take the reins of this busy kitchen and push it on to new levels.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Running a fine dining Kitchen at a minumum of 1 Rosette standard for at least a year.
- Completing and adhering to all legal and nessasary paper work.
- Menu planning
- Ordering, stock and margin management
- Health and hygiene procedure management
For the right candidate our client is offering between £26k - £30k annual salary, a share in tips, christmas day and boxing day off along with an extra 28 days holiday.
