Are you a CDP with experience of working to 2 AA Rosette standards? Do you have aspirations of progressing and becoming more? 

We at Cornwall Staff Agency may have the role for you. We are currently working with one of our prestigious clients who own a luxuary 4* Hotel upon the spectacular Roseland featuring a sublime 2 AA Rosette restaurant promoting the freshest of ingredients and the finest dishes of the season. 

Our client is looking to recruit a talented and aspiring chef de partie who is looking to develop their career and continue working within a 2 Rosette establishment as a chef de partie. This role requires you to have knowledge of working with seasonal fresh produce and getting the most from those ingredients. 

We are looking for a confident Chef De Partie with previous experience within a similar role producing Rosette level cuisine to help assist the head chef within the kitchen. The food produced by the kitchen is classic and beautifully presented with a great menu and dynamic seasonal specials.

Key Responsibilities will include…

  • Running your own section
  • Cooking to a consistently high level
  • You will have a proven track record in 2 rosette kitchens
  • Helping and supporting all members of the kitchen team
  • Being organised
  • Staying calm under pressure
  • Following Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines and procedures
  • In return for your services you will recieve an excellent salary of £19,000 to £22,000 plus a share in tips. This role offers straight shifts working over 5 days of 7.

    This is a permanent position and we are ideally looking for candidates who would be immediately available to start.
