We have an exciting position for a talented Head Chef for the launch of our restaurant, Pickled Fred, focused on Asian-inspired small plates and cocktails.

You will be working alongside experienced hospitality individuals, to develop a unique and innovative food menu. At least 2 years' experience at Head Chef experience, or those at senior sous looking to make the next step up.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to assume full creative control and operational responsibility of the kitchen, with the backing of leading chefs within the industry.

Key roles and responsibilities include:-
- Delivering an exciting food menu and offering.
- Recruiting and managing a small kitchen team, good leadership and communications skills essential.
- Working and liaising with local suppliers and producers.
- Ensuring that kitchen budgetary financial targets are met.
- Ensuring all company procedures are adhered to with regards to health and safety, hygiene and licensing.
- Manage and oversee the food quality from the kitchen to ensure standards and customer expectations are met.
