My client, an award winning restaurant and hotel based in one of South Cornwall's most picturesque fishing ports with stunning views are seeking a Pastry Chef de partie to join their prestigious team. The operation has been short-listed for various awards recently and it's culinary reviews and reputation are going from strength to strength. The successful Pastry Chef, will have had exposure to working within a 1-3 Rosette background for at least 2 years, this is an opportunity to make your mark with their innovative menu of the best seasonal and local produce. You will : - Will ideally have a Rosette background, as stated above - Will have experience in the Pastry section, making creative, innovative desserts, pastries and breads for all seasons - Will ideally have experience working in a kitchen for a similar establishment We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who is passionate, creative, innovative and has an eye for detail. Live in accommodation is available,which is a 10 minute walk from work and a fantastic starting salary of £19,000 - £24,000 is being offered along with the opportunity to work with a forward thinking and progressive kitchen brigade.
