We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can raise Cornwall Wildlife Trust’s profile to build our supporter base and increase unrestricted income to ensure we meet our conservation objectives.
The post holder will be a key member of the Marketing and Fundraising team and will work to deliver the marketing strategy which supports the fundraising strategy and underpin the Trust’s 5-year Strategic Plan.
As well as leading and motivating a small team plus volunteers, you will deliver an annual marketing programme for Cornwall Wildlife Trust, establishing new campaigns, running large events, working on brand development, managing relationships with designers, co-ordinating publications and much more.
This is a varied role which requires autonomy, creativity and great leadership and management skills.

Salary £26,000 per annum pro rata
