We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fine dining pastry chef to join the ranks of one of Cornwalls most stunning establishments. Featuring breathtaking views of Cornwalls South coastline, Our client owns a 4* hotel overlooking the ocean boasting it's award winning 2 AA rosette fine dining restaurant and brasserie. The right candidate will be from a fine dining 2 rosette background with some exposure to 3 AA Rosette and Michelin Star cuisine. You will have a strong background in pastry and be able to work undrepressure to delive exquisite delacies that will complete the customers dining expereince. You must have a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and on your own. All dishes and breads are made fresh and as such you must be confident in using fresh local seasonal produce. You will : * Will ideally have a 3 Rosette to Michelin Star background, as stated above * Will have experience in the Pastry section, making creative, innovative desserts, pastries and breads for all seasons * Will ideally have experience working in a kitchen for a similar establishment We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who is passionate, creative, innovative and has an eye for detail. On offer is a competitive salary paying between £18k - £23k plus tips and having the option for live in accommodation at a charge of £35 per week all in. You will also recieve meals on shift and options for further development and training.
