This highly reputable hotel are looking to recruit a passionate Food & Beverage Manager with extensive experience within the Hospitality industry, preferably a fine dining hotel environment. The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for two restaurants, a fine dining 2AA rosette restaurant and a 1AA rosette relaxed dining restaurant, monitoring financial performance of the F&B departments striving to maximise revenue and exceed targets, to ensure all staff are aware of schedules including events, ensuring health & safety regulations and company procedures are adhered to at all times, deliver sales and a high quality guest service consistently, to lead and support the F&B teams to ensure a genuine, personal and outstanding performance at all times.
