So do we If you consider yourself to be enthusiastic and caring, then this role could be perfect for you We are looking to recruit a proactive and driven individual, who will assist the accounts coordinator in the day to day running of the accounts department, in a growing care agency based in the heart of Truro. The successful individual will be expected to be versatile within their role. We are initially looking for someone to cover 32 hours per week, covering 4 days, and provide full time cover in busier periods and to cover holiday. Full training will be provided. Main responsibilities: - Accounts payables & receivable - Payroll administration - Credit control - Bank reconciliation - Investigatory work Essential requirements: - Accounts/administrative experience - Good computer literacy - Excellent communication skills Desirable qualities: - Experience using SAGE payroll/SAGE 50 desktop - AAT (or similar) qualified - Good tea making skills We are a medium sized care agency who are continually growing, which provides an increasing workload for the account department. This job provides a great opportunity to work in a friendly environment as part of a close knit team, in an office with an open door policy.
