Assess to Higher Level Skills ESF Project Coordinator- Truro and Penwi
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who enjoys using their own initiative. The prime responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of the ESF project outcomes.
Applicants should have a proven track record in successful operational project coordination as well as strong communication and problem solving skills. This role will involve skills development and developing a plan of activities to energise and engage individuals.
Experience of developing programmes and the ability to work under pressure in a complex environment is essential as is knowledge of ESF Projects and their delivery.
Skills for Success - this project is focused on reaching out to those who aspire to progress in their career or into higher level education.
It aims to remove barriers and provides a platform for individuals in work and the community to reach their true potential by providing support, advice, tasters and skills training.
