Would you like to be part of an established and expanding Insurance brokerage? An exciting opportunity has become available within our Agricultural Department for an Account Executive and a Trainee Account Executive .

Duties will include (but not limited to): contribution to the handling, growth and retention of the existing departments book of business. Liaising with existing and new clients within the Agricultural Industry with a view to visiting the clients on site. Cross selling and up selling of products and services across all of our departments depending on the clients insurance needs and requirements. To undertake all administration duties, including general enquiries, mid-term adjustments, capturing the correct data from clients, presenting information to insurers, obtaining quotations, new business processing, renewals and claims. Building business relationships with clients, insurers and third parties in a professional and timely manner.

- High level interpersonal skills – ability to build successful, mutually beneficial business relationships

- Communication skills – able to communicate to people face-to-face, over the telephone and in writing

- Planning, organisational and time management skills

- Problem solving

- Computer literate

- Team Player

- Flexible working hours

Ideally the right candidate will bring with them previous experience of working in a busy office environment. Previous experience in Agriculture would be advantageous. However all applications will be considered and training will be provided to the successful applicant.
