WE ARE HIRING, COME TO CORNWALL Pastry Chef - Fine dining restaurant - 2 AA Rosette standard Have you got excellent pastry skills? Have you worked at a 2 AA Rosette level? We would like to hear from you. We are looking for a talented, passionate and dedicated pastry chef to join one of our clients luxury hotels based toward Newquay. Our client's hotel features two stunning restaurants one an award winning fine dining restaurant and the other offering a more relaxed dining experience. The views from both offer breath-taking views across the bay and out to the Atlantic Ocean. The Hotel is looking for a skilled pastry chef with a strong 2 AA Rosette standard background whom is ready to take on a new challenge and keep up to the required level expected of them. As the pastry chef for this excellent establishment you will: - Have experience of working within a 2 AA Rosette standard environment - Have at least a year working at Commis level minimum. - Have a strong passion to create stunning and great tasting dishes - Be flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment - Experience in creating a wide variation of pastries and deserts. This role offers a great salary and has excellent development opportunities. Within this role you have the ability to work with a great chef who has studied under some of the best chefs Europe has provided over the years and worked in some of the best Michelin starred kitchens across Europe. This role during peak times only requires you to work 48hrs max and during off peak seasons will be expected to do between 35 - 40 hours max. Although accommodation is not on offer at current this is a possibility within a couple of months.
