We are a product distribution company offering high quality hardware for external door & windows.
This role is office based located at our premises in St Austell and involves working with a team of six others.
Our mission is :
INNOVATING & UPGRADING THE STYLE, PERFORMANCE & LONGEVITY OF EXTERNAL DOORS & WINDOWS GLOBALLY.
- Answering telephone calls and emails to assist customers with technical enquiries
- To process sales orders and quotes
- To correctly log and report any Issues reported with sales orders/products and resolve
- Assist in promoting and development of products
- Develop and learn the nature of the external door & window market
- Champion for our blu brand (working with an external sales representative)
- practical mind (comfortable with DIY)
- Good telephone skills
- Quick learner
- Good team player
- IT illiterate
- Some selling experience
- Self-motivated - need to manage personal workload.
- Clear and confident communication skills
