CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP ADVANCED APPRENTICE (TRURO)
£6,835 per annum (based on £131 per week)
Are you quick to learn with a passion for customer service and achieving targets? Truro and Penwith College Business is a dynamic and fast paced environment dedicated to providing the best quality service and training to businesses in Cornwall. You will be office based providing first response to all customer enquiries, advising on funding and training solutions for employers and individuals and driving our business forward with B2B calls. You will alongside this role manage an agreed portfolio of apprenticeship vacancies whereby all candidates expressing interest in becoming an apprentice are placed into vacancies. Experience of delivering customer service would be an advantage. Full training provided and the successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 in Business Administration. Please note that this post will be based at Have House in Truro city centre.
