Sous Chef required - 1 AA Rosette restaurant - £25,000pa with excellent staff package My client an established Hotel and spa operation, overlooking beautiful and stunning views in this bustling North Cornwall seaside town are seeking a Sous Chef to join their team with immediate effect. The operation has just undergone a positive restructure and is undergoing a new vision in terms of their menus within the restaurant and brasserie. We are looking for a Sous Chef who has a proven track record in helping with menu development, organising and managing a small, passionate team of chefs and has the desire and motivation to consistently push the team further forward, you will have a passion for locally sourced produce and be a real foodie. We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who ideally has a strong Rosette background, can help build a kitchen brigade and support the Head chef's vision. The Head Chef looks to create nice, locally sourced, clean, simple food within its 60 cover restaurant and 80 cover function areas. The successful sous chef will work alongside the Head Chef and will also have exposure working within high profile events and weddings as this operation has a proven track record in this sector. The owners are so keen for the Head Chef and Sous Chef to take the food to another level with regards to the menu with excellent kitchen management and financial management skills.
